People are at the heart of every successful business, and that belief is what led me to build my career in HR over 30 years ago.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors including Armed Forces Welfare, the pharmaceutical industry, and the automotive sector. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of different organisational cultures, leadership challenges, and the complexities businesses face when managing their people.
Also being a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD), reflects both my professional knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards within the HR profession and I continue to develop my HR knowledge so the businesses I support always receive the most up-to-date, practical guidance.
Through my experience working in HR, I have seen first-hand the challenges many businesses face when it comes to managing people, navigating employment legislation, and building strong workplace cultures. Too often, business owners are left feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn for practical support.

My goal is simple: to help businesses feel confident and supported when it comes to managing their people. I believe HR shouldn’t just be about policies and procedures; it should be about providing clear, practical guidance that helps businesses grow while creating workplaces where people can thrive.
What makes my approach different is that I focus on building genuine relationships with the businesses I support. I take the time to understand each organisation, its culture, and its challenges so I can offer tailored advice rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, spending time with family, and looking after my two cheeky Shih Tzus. I am also passionate about raising money for cancer charities, a cause very close to my heart.
